THE PROGRAM

Day 1

Meeting to the airport Yelizovo. A transfer to the settlement Pinachevo (55 km). Accommodation on a camp site (4-6 person in a small house). Visiting Zelenovskye hot springs, bathing in pool. Preparation for a walking-tour.

Day 2

Plan of a route: settlement Pinachevo - riverheads Pinachevsky - cordon Semenova of 22 km (6 hours)

Day 3

Transition: the cordon Semenova - pass the Saddle – pass Kitkhojsky - Nalychevskye hot springs, 24 km. (8 hours).

Day 4

The central lodge «Nalychevo». Rest. A sightseeing tour on the Bear tundra to Goryacherechenskye and Zheltorechenskye hot springs, thermal group " Boiler ". Survey of an exposition of the Center of ecological education and tourism. Bathing in hot springs.

Day 5

Plan of a route: the Central lodge «Nalychevo» - Talovskye hot springs, 12 km (4 hours).). The track runs through the valleys of the rivers Yellow and Shaybnaya, through small pass the Kid (500). On a way you will see bright orange travertine domes of Study of local lore springs. Bathing in Talovskye hot springs.

Day 6

Radial route - ascending to the fumarole field in the crater of the volcano Dzenzur and to pass Soros's (rise from 600 up to 1485) 26 km (10 hours). The way runs on a narrow picturesque crevice of the stream the Trench proceeding in fallen asleep lava stream. Numerous plums, whirlpools, small waterfalls. Further on the crest of lava stream the track leads to fumarole platform located under the wall of the caldera. At northern edge of the platform from clumpy disorders with strong noise the fountain of Dzenzur lava in height up to 1-2 m. is pulled out. From the fumarole platforms in northern direction on the track we leave on the saddle of the pass of Soros. From the saddle opens the surprising view on the north – aside the Karymsky volcano and the valley of the river Zhupanovaya.

Day 7

Transition: Talovskye hot springs - the central lodge «Nalychevo», 11 km. (4 hours). Rest. Bathing in hot springs

Day 8

Nalychevskaya valley. Rest. Bathing in hot springs.

Day 9

Transition: the central lodge «Nalychevo» - the ridge. Pinachevsky (1170 - head waters of the river Pinachevskaya (the cordon of park), 22 km (8 hours).

Day 10

Transition: head waters of the river Pinachevskaya - settlement Pinachevo, 22 km (6 hours).

Accommodation on the tourist lodge «Pinachevo».

Day 11

Bus excursion to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (3 hours) with a trip along the coast of the Pacific ocean. Visiting souvenir shops. A dinner in the city.

Departure by motor vehicle to the volcanic plateau (height 900) to the bottom of the Avachinsky volcano (47 km, 2 hours). Accommodation in small houses on the tourist lodge « Three volcanoes » (4-6 person in a room).

Day 12

Ascending the Avachinsky volcano (2741). The track goes on slag fields, crosses a deep crevice of Dry small river and passes to the volcanic crest. The ascent is made on the western slope of the volcano and to the spine-like crest of ancient stratovolcano. The rests of the ancient volcano "collar" bend around a young cone. At height of 2000 m lunch is arranged, then tourists begin climbing a young cone of the volcano to the top. The steepness of the slope in a pretopmost part reaches 30 °. From top the fine view opens. In the north – the hollow of the nNalychevskaya valley, volcanoes of Zhupanovskaya group; in the east – the volcano Kozelsky, open spaces of the Pacific ocean; in the West the massive cone of the Koryak volcano towers; in the south – the city on the coast of the Avachinskaya bay, volcanoes Vilyuchinsky, Burnt, Mutnovsky. At the top – a snack, survey of the crater. Returning in the camp is made by the same way. Extent of an ascent - 8 km. Duration of rise of 6-8 hours, descent takes 3-4 hours. Returning on the tourist lodge « Three volcanoes ». A lodging for the night in small houses.

Day 13

Departure from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. A transfer to the airport. Leaving.
